ALICE HOPKINS - LONG JUMP





Biography:
Alice competes in Long jump and the Heptathlon and she has represented Great Britain and England for both event the past 2 years. Alice became under 23 national champion for long jump with a personal best of 6.46 in 2018, ranking her 7th in Europe for that age group. Alice then retained that title this year, jumping another personal best of 6.51. This was also a qualification standard for the u23 European championships in Sweden, where she made the final and came 7th. Alice finished of the season with another personal best of 6.52 at the British championships coming 5th.

Interests: Alice loves spending time with family and friends, watching a good series on tv and eating good food. she used to do football, ballet and horse riding before focusing on athletics.
Goals: To keep representing her country every year and improve on her personal bests. Alice's future goals is to make Olympic, World, European, Commonwealth teams. Alice's future target is 2022 commonwealth games in Birmingham.
