Holly is a 400m runner based in Brighton with a personal best of 53.78 seconds. During the 2019 season she has improved on her personal best and competed at both the Indoor and outdoor British championships as well as numerous international competitions abroad. She has gained a silver medal in the 400m at the Manchester international as well as competing for the medal winning England relay team in the 4x400m at the same event. Throughout her time as an athlete Holly has achieved results such as English schools 400m gold medallist (2013), and Sussex champion in both the 100m, 200m and 400m for a number of years.

Although Holly is now focusing her attention on athletics and training full time, she is also currently self-studying towards an accountancy qualification with ACCA, in which she is working flexibly part time in order to gain experience alongside her own training.

With this extra concentration on the 400m over the past couple of years, Holly feels she has had her greatest season yet and is already excited for the coming 2020 season and the prospect of more higher calibre competitions.
